We Bought a House in Orlando
We’re so blessed to get this house! Everything went very smoothly by the hand of God. There are too many things that went perfectly over the last month to be anything but. We’ll tell you all the little things that happened down to important milestones occurring just in time, “coincidences”, and many, many more things. It was listed for $250K more than we bought it for just two years ago and $100K more just four and a half months ago. They’re leaving behind the canoe and paddle boat as well which I’m sure we’ll get plenty of use out of. There are plenty of kids in the neighborhood and we’re in the best school district around. I’ll be 11.5 miles from work (20 minutes).
The lake view is most prominent from the master bedroom, guest suite, 2nd floor bonus room/living room and the first floor living room. From the kitchen, you can be using the sink and look right out over the pool and long lake view. There is a covered lanai where we can sit outside and enjoy the weather, pool, grill, etc. We plan on spending a lot of time outside since the weather in Florida is so accommodating. We have a screened in porch where we don’t have to worry about golf balls so we can eat outside.
