Lacrosse Weekend

The girls game started with a rough 3 minutes...then they woke up!

Chloe scored using her non dominate hand with one of the prettiest shots I've seen her make...she went wild with excitement and the crowd followed with whoops & cheers!
We are thinking maybe her and BFF Renee made a pact to score at least one a game each weekend, because Renee had a great goal too!

Unfortunately the storm/lightning sirens went off and we had to clear the fields.

Isaac's Fall Ball League has practice and scrimmage on Sundays...

It's always fun to watch the boys go a bit crazy with each other. Isaac even took the opportunity to run the ball down the field and score on the other goalie (his fried Eryk) during the scrimmage. When you ask Isaac what was the best part of the last hour and half he says "stuffing that kid and taking down for a goal"...no really!?

Another great weekend!

Lacrosse... Grandpa & Grandma Marilyn's Visit

September 8-9, 2012

Chloe's first game of the season was a double header. The girls did great! Over half our team has never played lacrosse before (3rd-6th graders) so with weeks of practice they put what they had learned to the test.

Nice Ground Ball Pick Up Chloe!

Chloe scored the last goal of the day to tie up the game! It was a rip of a shoot and just like Dad taught her!

Grandpa and Grandma Marilyn came to visit us for the 1st time! We were thrilled to have them with us from Thursday till Monday morning. It was our mission to show them our crazy life...well we just have so much going on all the time and they were gracious to go with the flow!

A refreshing lunch after the game at Mellow Mushroom!

After lunch we went by Scott's office for a tour and out back to see if we could find some Florida wild life.

Here fishy fishy fishy...

Time to cool off in the pool and relax after a long day!

Doggies ready for a swim too!

A friendly soccer game in the front yard...

Isaac's sneak attack from the corner!

Sunday
Visited Black Hammock to look at some gators in the wild, but the rain scared them away so we had to just look in the fences.

Breakfast at "First Watch"

Onto the Congo River Mini Golf to feed baby gators and turtles

I think I over heard the grandparents talking to Bella & Lucy asking if they wanted to go home with them? It's hard not to fall in love with the puppies!!!

It was so nice having grandparents here for a few days. We hope they come back soon!
