Where have I been...

We had a great weekend at the river house over Memorial Day weekend. I took about 200 photos and downloaded them to our desktop computer. After I downloaded them I deleted them off my camera. This would all have been fine if the computer didn't crash on me! Scott said the pictures are safe, but I'm waiting till we get settled in our new home in Florida before the computer is fixed. For now I must get used to this laptop. I hope to share our fun River House Pictures with everyone sometime this summer.

In the mean time we are keeping busy. Selling items on CraigsList and hopefully lightening our load to move. My year long project with the kids school yearbook is coming to an end. I'm busy with my friend Laurie doing all the last minute things we have to do. Two more weeks of school!!!

We are dog sitting and that's fun! Chloe took a nice picture to share...

We have a busy weekend ahead with Isaac's last Lacrosse events. Chloe's got a soccer game as well. We'll keep you all as updated as we can through out our move!

We Bought a House in Orlando

We’re so blessed to get this house! Everything went very smoothly by the hand of God. There are too many things that went perfectly over the last month to be anything but. We’ll tell you all the little things that happened down to important milestones occurring just in time, “coincidences”, and many, many more things. It was listed for $250K more than we bought it for just two years ago and $100K more just four and a half months ago. They’re leaving behind the canoe and paddle boat as well which I’m sure we’ll get plenty of use out of. There are plenty of kids in the neighborhood and we’re in the best school district around. I’ll be 11.5 miles from work (20 minutes).

The lake view is most prominent from the master bedroom, guest suite, 2nd floor bonus room/living room and the first floor living room. From the kitchen, you can be using the sink and look right out over the pool and long lake view. There is a covered lanai where we can sit outside and enjoy the weather, pool, grill, etc. We plan on spending a lot of time outside since the weather in Florida is so accommodating. We have a screened in porch where we don’t have to worry about golf balls so we can eat outside.

Come visit us! We’d love to have you stay with us when you come down for a vacation. The oranges are fresh.

Realtor Description:

Gorgeous 18" tile and wood floors greet you when you enter this 3,749 heated square feet home in desirable osprey lakes. Also, you can view the water from the living room, family room, kitchen area, covered screen rear porch, upstairs "second" master bedroom, and the huge upstairs bonus room. Bedrooms #3 and #4 are also upstairs. There is a separate study, which is downstairs, and it has a closet. Large solar heated pool with propane heated spa. Good sized screened lanai. The late afternoon sunsets are so very relaxing. This home has all the upgrades and features that you'd want in a custom home! Property values are supported by top rated local public schools. Excellent value for your money. Upstairs there is a wet bar area off the bonus room. The down stairs 1/2 bath is also a pool bath. You'll love the cabinets in the kitchen, bathrooms, and even in the laundry room. California closets in the master bedroom. Surround sound speakers in the family, living, upstairs media room, and master bedroom - also, in the back covered porch. The silestone kitchen counter tops are absolutely stunning. The whole appliance package is upgraded, and there is a double oven.

Sports Weekend

He Shots ... He Scores!

Isaac had a GREAT goal at his last game also an aduience...
Grampy, Granny, Jen and Landon were there to watch.

Chloe's soccer game was fun too, but a bit tougher...

Still in good spirits!

Chloe's Front Tooth

Chloe's front tooth has been loose for month's and finally it was at the dangling stage. We happen to have Granny over and Chloe's "boyfriend" Justin over. After trying to talk Chloe into letting me pull it...I just couldn't do it. GRANNY DID IT! And we have the photo's to prove it...

Chloe looks great without her front tooth!

Lacrosse Man

Isaac's team played the full field again. Next year in U11 division they will play full field so they had fun today trying it out.
This game was not won, but boy was it a awesome game to watch! They did so well and had a great time. We all thought they would run out of steam with that big field, but they didn't!!!

GO CAVS!

Chloe borrowed my camera to take some pictures ...not too shabby!

Chloe's Soccer

Like I said she's quite the soccer player! 3 Goals scored this game. Winning isn't everything, but it smells like ROSES when we do win.

GO RED ROSES!!!

BUGZ

The 2nd graders at the kids school put on a production of "BUGZ"...Isaac was the STINK BUG! He had a pretty good part...got lots of laughs and AWWWW'S. He did an awesome job! We're so proud of our little stink bug.

There were two showings of the program. The first was during the day and the kindergarten kids and 3rd graders came to watch. Granny also came to see it!

The evening showing...

Big Game

Our little lacrosse players got to watch the Chantilly High School players win and also at half time play! Our U9 players played another U9 team...they had a great time! BIG FIELD!

SPORTS & MORE SPORTS

The kids have had games each weekend so our Saturdays and sometimes Sundays are filled with sun and fun.
Isaac's show here practicing with Granny...her first game she watched was a nail biter!

Isaac had a goal scored on him for the first time ever. We still won the game though. Great job CAVS!

Chloe's started soccer now. Daddy is the coach again. Her team is called the "ROSES" and they are pretty sweet!
Chloe's jumped in full force allergies and all. She's quite the soccer player.
